Accenture had a global workforce of 500,000 people, but narrative fragmentation was making it impossible to align thinking patterns across the organization. Without a shared language for storytelling, their most powerful strategic tool was being lost in technical noise.
The team and I used Systems Visualization to design an explainer series that distilled the mechanics of storytelling into a universal visual system. Therefore, we bypassed the jargon of individual departments and created a clear framework that half a million employees could implement immediately.
The result was a Clarity Asset that streamlined communication across a massive global giant. This project proved that even the most complex organizations can move faster when technical friction is replaced by visual certainty.
A lot of research got into this project, since we wanted to explain the complex essence of storytelling for a broad audience. We had a dozen of scripts written and even more storyboards made to get it right.
We were inspired from the sublime made explainer video's from Vox and the MasterClass series.
On set I assisted the team in following the script and the overall correct use of the information. Since I had to edit and also animate the video's, I also advised in how to shoot certain scenes.
